Most of the services provided by doctors are free under the NHS but there are some services for which we may charge. These are our up to date fees as of June 2025. See below.

Note:

The documents we do not provide are:

-          Passport certification

-          Capacity assessments (i.e. power of attorney / court of protection)

-          ‘Fit to’ letters i.e. fit to fly

-          School or college absence

Due to current demand please allow up to 30 days for medical reports, letters, forms and other non-NHS work to be completed.
