The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help your surgery understand whether our patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It's a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment.

Ways to give feedback

• Reply to the Friends and Family text message sent out from the surgery
• Fill in our form in person at reception at Nuffield Road
