Newmarket Road Park and Ride Phlebotomy Service

We would like to advise that essential work will shortly be undertaken at the Newmarket Road park and ride phlebotomy site. The improvements will give a better patient experience whilst using the service.

In order to dismantle the current set up and erect the new structure the service will need to work from a temporary provision. Unfortunately, this will mean a significant reduction to its current capacity and the service anticipates that this will lead to increased waiting times of four hours or more.

We therefore kindly ask that where possible alternative arrangements are considered to help minimise the wait times for patients. The Ely Community Diagnostic Centre has pre-bookable phlebotomy appointments available.

The temporary site set up will be used between Monday 23 June and Friday 1 August. The new provision should be operational from Monday 4 August.
